Configuring Server in Eclipse
The following are the steps for setting the Tomcat server in the eclipse environment.
Select Windows>Preferences from the menu items.
- Select Server from the explorer options.
- Click on Installed Runtimes.
- Click on Add and select the server you need to add. We are using Tomcat so we use Apache object and then selecting the right version of Tomcat(5.5 in our case).
- Click on the Next button.
- Give the Tomcat installed directory path.
- Click Finish. It will display the Tomcat server setting in the Grid.
- Click Ok
