I think Project Managers get in the way |
|
| |
| Wouldn't the world be a better place without project managers? |

Ok,interesting viewpoint. I suppose it depends on the size of the project and whether it is needed.
It would help if you could give a reason for your views. |

I suppose it also depends on the project manager and the style used. I have experienced some Project Managers that sit next to you and watch you code. How annoying! |

I know how you feel.
Sometimes,a PM can keep checking on you just because they are under pressure themselves.
A good manager should be able to keep the team focused on their work and protect them from politics and unecessary tensions and stress. |

| I suppose you never considered project management as a career move. I think that coders can probable learn and use various project management techniques to get day to day work done. |
